REFUND POLICY:

In the event of a pandemic, epidemic, endemic, outbreak (etc.), government shutdown, or other similar occurrence(s) that affect the ability to safely hold one or more events (e.g. a luncheon and/or golf tournament), the FWMBA reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel the event(s) and refund sponsorships and other event pre-payments.
