A LUNCHEON AND/OR GOLF TOURNAMENT), THE FWMBA RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO CANCEL THE EVENT(S) AND REFUND SPONSORSHIPS AND OTHER EVENT PRE-PAYMENTS.
