FWMBA Membership
It’s because of your yearly membership that the FWMBA is able to welcome talented mortgage and real estate finance experts to our monthly luncheons, provide numerous networking opportunities throughout the year, offer annual scholarships to students at local universities, and host fun-filled events like our annual golf tournament.
Our membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th.

The FWMBA has been hard at work, looking for ways to continue to bring maximum value to our members. There are some new and exciting things in store this year, so we hope you will join us in making 2024 – 2025 the best year yet.
2024 – 2025 Membership Dues:
Option 1: $175 per primary member, $50 for each additional member per company
Option 2: $250 includes 1 individual membership plus 7 regular monthly luncheons*
*excludes Holiday Luncheon in December and End of Year Luncheon at Joe T’s in May
Member Luncheon Fee: $35 if registered AND paid by 12 AM CST on the Tuesday BEFORE the meeting. $45 at the door.
Non-member Luncheon Fee: $45 if registered AND paid by 12 AM CST on the Tuesday BEFORE the meeting. $65 at the door.

- Early registration opportunities to special events like the annual Holiday Party and End of Year Luncheon (these events typically sell out)

- Advocacy – through the Texas MBA and the National MBA, we advocate for homeownership, real property rights, and increase political awareness for legislative issues that affect the mortgage finance and real estate industries
- Scholarship – FWMBA Legacy Scholarship for members or their children
- Philanthropy – we give back to our local community. We also provide annual scholarships to TCU and TWU.
